Cancellation Policy
Booking Parties Policy At Seaside Artworks LLC, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure smooth operations and mutual understanding, we have established the following policy for booking parties: 1. Booking Process Reservation Requirement: All party bookings must be made in advance. Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at our studio. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the event. Confirmation: Your party booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation email from Seaside Artworks LLC. 2. Guest Responsibility Minimum and Maximum Participants: The minimum number of participants for a private party is 8, and the maximum is for kid's parties is 10 & 20 for adult parties. Participant List: The host must provide a final participant list at least 48 hours before the event. Food and Beverages: Guests are responsible for providing their own food and beverages for the event. Seaside Artworks LLC does not provide food, beverages, plates, or utensils. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Guests must provide at least 3 days' notice to cancel their reservation. Cancellations made with less than 3 days' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit amount. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the event without any additional charge, subject to availability. 4. Party Duration Event Time: Each session is 2 hours long. The event time includes setup, the art activity, and clean-up. Timely Arrival and Departure: Parties must start and end on time. Additional time may be available for an extra fee if arranged in advance. 5. Set-Up and Clean-Up Access Time: Hosts may access the party space 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup. Clean-Up: Guests are responsible for cleaning up their own food and beverage items. Seaside Artworks LLC staff will handle the clean-up of art materials. 6. Safety and Conduct Supervision: For children’s parties, at least one parent or guardian must be present on the premises for the duration of the event. Behavior: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the event.
